covid-19 safety & operational guidelines

The safety of our guests and crew members has always been our number one priority.
Whilst taking into consideration the guidelines issued by the M.O.H of the government of Sri Lanka we have taken steps to introduce a number of new measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the country. The measures put in place are as follows....

  • In complying with the directive issued by the M.O.H, certain props from our collection will be removed, Eg: Feather boas, masks, etc.

  • Props used at an event will be sanitized using a N.M.R.A approved sanitisation agent both before and after an event.

  • Guests will be required to use hand sanitizer before touching/using any of the props. The necessary hand sanitizer will be provided by us.

  • The body temperature of all crew members will be checked prior to attending every event.

  • All crew members will be required to wear a face mask at all times.

  • It will be mandatory for all crew members to use hand sanitizer at least every 30 minutes.

  • To minimize contact, all payments from clients will only be accepted by means of direct bank deposits/fund transfers.

  • All crew members have been instructed to carry out their duties with minimal contact.

  • In the instance of a lockdown or a restriction is imposed for hosting events, by the government of Sri Lanka, the client is able to postpone their event to any future date of  their choosing free of any additional charges.

The above guidelines are not permanent but will be in place until returning to normal operations is deemed safe by the M.O.H of the government of Sri Lanka.
